Missions:

The postdoc will be responsible for conducting, as part of a team's project (treatment of cocaine addiction), a set of animal experimentation techniques on mice. These techniques include behavioral testing as well as organ harvesting.

• Implantation of osmotic pumps in mice
• Behavioral tests: measurement of locomotor activity, elevated cross maze, sucrose consumption, etc.
• Brain samples and extraction of nucleic acids and proteins
• Collection and analysis of experiment results

Qualification:

• Behavioral tests in animals
• Stereotaxic surgery
• Participate in the writing of publications, on the results obtained and other results of the related team.
