DETAILS OF THE OFFER

Working place:  Our Research unit Inserm UMR1124 (T3S, Environmental Toxicity, Therapeutic Targets, cellular Signaling and Biomarkers), has an opportunity to recruit on a Junior Professor Chair (CPJ Inserm).

Missions:

 

Name of the project: Harm reduction strategy for chronic opioid use.


Summary of the scientific project: The candidates, with a background in neuroscience and neuropharmacology, should propose an original research project of high international level, to better identify the molecular mechanisms and circuitry underlying opioid side effects in order to identify targets for improving opioid safety. In vitro and in vivo preclinical approaches, including behavioral studies on preclinical models, are expected.


Summary of the teaching project: The candidates should propose a teaching project integrated into neuroscience, neuropharmacology and neurotoxicology teaching offered at bachelor’s and master’s levels of the Université de Paris Cité.
