The landscape of inflammatory demyelinating disorders of the central nervous system has changed in the last few years, opening new challenges. Besides multiple sclerosis (MS), rare antibody-mediated demyelinating diseases, such as neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) have emerged.
