French main stakeholders in Life Sciences and Health research area are united in Aviesan, the French National Alliance for Life Sciences and Health. Aviesan provides critical national strategic and planning capabilities, thereby fostering France's attractiveness for industry and R&D economic players as well as added value for political stakeholders.
Within the EU French presidency frame, Aviesan will organize a meeting on "Brain Health” in Brussel on January 27th. This symposium aims to focus on the health burden and advocate for better European coordination on the research about this topic. The attendance will be composed of EU country representatives and deciders. The goal is to convince the audience for the critical need for increased research funding.
