The lab is looking for a motivated postdoc to study information processing in the mice auditory system using tools including 2-photon stimulation, optogenetics, multielectrode array recordings, and computational analyses. Our goal is to develop a 2-photon patterned stimulation microscope to stimulate hair cells optogenetically in vivo. Successful candidates will help design and execute a research program aimed at understanding how sound information is propagated along the auditory pathway.
